On May 18, 2017, the famous European law firms----CUATRECASAS, represented by its partners Mr. Pablo Cubel and Mr. Omar Puertas, and GIDE, represented by its partner Ms. GUO Min, visited ZVCA. The two firms has nearly hundred years of legal service experience, having provided business sevices for many Chinese companies to engage investment&financing and M&A in Europe and Latin America, such as Hainan Airlines, China Road and Bridge Corporation, Wanda Group, ICBC, etc. Deputy Secretary General, Ms. Doris Lin, introduced the association's achievments of recent years to the guests and discussed the way of cooperation. The two sides agreed to carry out investment analysis and risk prevention activities of Chinese enterprises in European and Latin American countries at the right time, and provide advice for the members of the association to safely invest in Europe and Latin America successfully.
