On September 19th, Yang Rui, Dean and Vice President of China (Hainan) Reform and Development Research Institute, visited the ZVCA. President Wang Shaojie introduced the association to President Chi Fulin and met with him in the near future to establish a deep exchange and cooperation with Hainan and the dean.
