The company is state-owned and directly subordinated to the Ministry of Finance with a registered capital of 4.5 billion. Most members of the management team are appointed or approved by the central government and Mr. Xu Guoping is the chairman of the board and representative of the company. The company locates at Tower C, Corporate Square, NO.35 Financial Street in Beijing. The business scope of the company includes investment, assets management and etc.

(3) intends to establish a licensed financial institution in Shenzhen Qianhai Zone and Hengqin District in Zhuhai ,providing offshore business service of RMB and foreign currency ;
