Oct. 6, 2012 — “Start-Up silicon Valley” a Global Internet Technology Innovation & Entrepreneurship trip which lasted a week concluded a full success in Silicon Valley. President Jason Wang on behalf of ZVCA attended this trip with the aim to form a deep understanding of most advanced technology trends and the importance of technology innovation in Silicon Valley.
During the trip, president Jason Wang attended the DEMO Fall 2012 Conference, a semiannual showcase of startups and new products in Silicon Valley, visited several well-known firms, including Facebook, Twitter, Evernote, Flipboard and Pinterest, met with investors and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley to evaluate more tech innovation, get more global investment insights and sage investment advice.
Impressively, Twitter Co-Founder Evan Williams at Demo Fall 2012 Conference discussed lessons learned from a lifetime of entrepreneurship. “Being Entrepreneur is like in a casino, you place many bets and keep going. As you get better, you can make bigger bets and hopefully they are paid off.” “ The vast majority of things you do don’t really end up mattering whether there were features of your products, partnerships or ideas but what market, you and the people around you both likes” Evan said. “The key thing is to build the product for type of the person you are.”
