On 9th of July, 2013, ZVCA hosted a banquet with Israeli Minister of Economy and renouned Chinese investors. The banquet was co-held with Israeli Embassy in Beijing at Hilton Hotel.

Mr. Naftali Bennett, Minister of Economy of Israel, sat together and had an in-depth discussion about Sino-Israel business cooperations with over 40 top tier investors in China, such as Mr. Jason Shaojie Wang, President of ZVCA, Mr. Kui Zhou from Sequoia Capital, Mr. Chongjiu Sha from Legend Capital, Mr. Weiguo Ma from Cowin Capital. 

Mr. Bennett introduced to the participants the unique high-tech business environment and the advantages of investing in Israel. He explained why Israel is on the international forefront of technology innovation. 
Israel has established its position as a leading research and development center. It has the second biggest number of companies listed on Nasdaq, after US. During the 2008 credit crisis, Israel pulled through successfully and managed to maintain the same development speed pre-crisis.

All parties present believed that the business collaboration between China and Israel holds a bright future, and that both governments hope to extend and strengthen the collaboration. The minister has expressed a strong will in promoting Sino-Israel investment through ZVCA, and invited ZVCA to organize more business delegations to visit Israel in the near future.
