Why are you    different/better option than the rest?

Our      products are coming exclusively from Artisan Suppliers (not big Consumer      Goods players), with high      quality and exclusivity standards. These products are very difficult to      find either on the Food retail chains or on other eCommerce gourmet      players

Intellectual Property

The main barrier  to our competition is to obtain the supplier’s base and to be able to  negotiate the supply contracts with those, really special, artisan suppliers

Risk Factors

 

1. Reliability of  the Suppliers: to avoid this, we are establishing relationship with more than  one supplier for every product category. Also, we have a comprehensive  contract to make a very close follow-up on the SLA, mainly regarding  Logistics and Quality of the goods

2. Compatibility  of the products with the FDA Regulations: to avoid this, we are taking care  of the FDA registration process for Suppliers that are not exporting to USA  and selecting some partners with current experience exporting to the USA

3. Delivery time  to Customers: we will maintain a little stock on a Bonded Warehouse of all  products with an expected high rotation (based on testing scenarios) and make  shorten the delivery times using a very reliable and responsive Logistics  Services network (airfreight, seafreight, bonded warehouse, parcel service)

4. Reliable  Customer Care: to avoid this, we will establish a comprehensive Customer Care  service through email, phone and chat
