Oct. 24, 2012 — Jun Qin, the Chairman of Board of TusPark, and Yanru Yang, director of Entrepreneur Service Center of Zhongguancun accepted Sina exclusive interview and discussed how can innovation service system help the development of enterprises.

Jun Qin said that Hi-tech Innovation Service Industry provides new business pattern, including designing service, technical transfer service, financing service, labor services, consulting services and information service. However, there are still some issues remaining, such as the lack of regulated mechanism in the industry, inefficiency of resource allocation and lower quality of innovation service. In a world, we should continue to make innovation in business pattern and improve high-tech service system to enrich business framework, thus improve the combination level of the science and technology innovation embedded with various factors including policy, industry, academy, research, capital, introduction, trade and media with entrepreneurship environment and develop the whole business of scientific and technological service, leading this industry in China on a all-round innovation platform.
