Founded the First Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd (FIHG) in 1988, Serving as Board ChairmanBusiness Profile: Mr. Jiang has served as the Executive commissioner of ACFIC (All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce) and currently serves as the Member of the 6th CPPCC of Hainan Province, the Deputy Director of Hainan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, the Standing member of Haikou Municipal Political Consultative Conference, the Vice President of Hainan Federation of Industry and Commerce (Hainan General Chamber of Commerce), and the Member of the 7th Hainan Provincial Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang.Mr. Jiang was awarded many honorary titles such as “Outstanding Staff-caring Private Entrepreneur” granted by ACFTU and ACFIC, “Model Worker of Hainan Province”, and “China Top Ten Health Newsmaker 2015”.Under his leadership, FIHG has jointly-constructed Boao Forum for Asia and built several leading business enterprises in Hainan Province, including the First Department Store, Wanghai International Hotel and profound real estate projects benchmarked by “THE SUN CREST”. One of its subordinate companies, First Investment Commerce Co., Ltd, was publicly listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. In recent years, the Group has been aiming at the "great health" industry and transforming comprehensively into an enterprise with its business scope covering health care, pension, and financial investment. Currently its projects have spread over Hainan, Beijing, Anhui, Hong Kong and other regions with the total asset reaching 10 billion CNY. One of its heavily invested projects, Hainan Cancer Hospital, has been elected by the government into the list of the "Twelfth Five-year" Key Medical Planning of Hainan Province, Provincial and Municipal Co-constructing Key Project, and Provincial Committee’s Ten Key Livelihood Projects in 2015.
