Chairman of New Access Capital

Andrew Qian established New Access Capital in 2003, which is managing 6 RMB funds  now. He was formerly a Vice-President of Softbank China Venture Capital. He received the honor of “2007 Top 10 New Financiers of China ”, “2008 Top 10 Young Investors in China”, ”2011 Outstanding Venture Investor Bronze Award” , “2013 Outstanding PE/VC Achievement Award”, and  "2012 and 2015 Outstanding Venture Investor Nomination Award"；He was awarded the "Best Investor of the Year 2016" by China Finovating of CBN Weekly, and one of the "Ten Most Influential Angel Investors of the Year 2016 in Shanghai" by People's Daily Online.

Andrew Qian received Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School, M.A./PhD qualification in political science from University of California Los Angeles and LL.B. from Foreign Affairs College in Beijing.  Moreover, He is the alumni of CKGSB’s 24th EMBA Program. At present, he is the vice president of Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association(ZVCA), vice chairman of Shanghai Pudong Association of Industry and Commerce, entrepreneurship mentor of the EMBA program of the SJTU Antai College of Economics and Management(ACEM), distinguished professor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics International Business School, and guest professor of Nanjing University Business School.
