Founder/Chairman of Eagles Fund

Steve Lau is the founder of Eagles Fund, the capital partner of New Dragon Holdings, the chairman of Fortune Telecom, and the partner of Silicon Valley F50 Global Capital at present. Simultaneously， he sits on the board of directors of Haier Group，Moviebook and Third Net Technology. Mr. Lau left Hutchison Whampoa Group in Hong Kong and founded his own company Fortune Telecom in 1993. Fortune Telecom has successively got the brand agency of some international brands in China, such as Philips, Siemens, Alcatel, NEC and Samsung，which has annual sales of billions of dollars. Mr. Lau is a well-known entrepreneur and angel investor in China.  He has over 25-year experiences of technology and investment and he is the pioneer of introducing Nokia mobile phone to China.In 2000, he successfully brought his company listed in Hong Kong (0110.HK) and brought his Angels Project PacificNet listed on NASDAQ (PACT). In addition, Mr. Lau is the executive director of China Mobile Communications Association, the vice-president of China Youth Angel Association, the director of China Angel Investment Association（CAIA）, the founder of Eagle College, the vice president of Zhongguancun Angel Growth Camp, the entrepreneur mentor of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and the tutor of AAMA’s Cradle Plan.

In year 2003, Fortune Telecom ranked sixth of Top 100 China Technology companies, and Mr. Lau was listed in Hurun Rich List 2003. Mr. Lau graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1988 and obtained his First Honor Master Degree ofIT from National University of Ireland.  Mr. Lau engaged in advancedstudies of Venture Capital in Harvard Business School in 2016. He had invested nearly two hundred mobile Internet and high-tech innovation projects until 2016.
