Mr. Dong Weifeng, born in 1971, Chinese nationality, no permanent residency abroad, college degree, currently vice chairman of Qingyuan Federation of Industry and Commerce, member of the Standing Committee of Qingyuan CPPCC, chairman of Qingyuan High-tech Enterprise Technology Association. Since 2004, he has been the chairman and general manager of the issuer. Mr. Dong Weifeng serves as the director of the Aluminum Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, the vice chairman of the China Nonferrous Metals Processing Industry Association, and the deputy director of the "Light Alloy Processing Technology" Editorial Committee of the Light Metals Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Processing Industry Association.
