On April 12, the Tongren Public Resource Trading Center issued an announcement that Tongren Glory Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. obtained 13 commercial and residential land in Tongren with a total transaction price of 993 million yuan, and the total transferring area was 779,494 square meters, marking the first ecological wisdom city project of Glory Property Ownership that entered Guizhou was officially launched.

According to the Tongren Public Resource Trading Center announcement, the 13 parcels are located on the south side of the intersection of Wufu Avenue and Tongxing Avenue in Tongren City, and are located in the central location of Tongren City. The land uses include residential land, Businessss land, and residential buildings ( Land for commercial use). The transfer period is 40 years for commercial use and 70 years for residential land. The total planned construction area is 2.36 million square meters.

It is understood that on January 5, 2018, Tongren City and Glory Real Estate Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the cooperation and development framework agreement of the Glory Smart Eco-city Project. Zhang Zhangsun, Vice President of Glory Real Estate, stated that Glory Property will combine the positioning and development direction of the smart eco-city and the sponge city in Tongren City and give full play to its advantages in capital and market to build a modern, intelligent and green eco-city.
