Solve Bridge Micromotion Accurate Test Bottleneck Project,A number of innovative research achievements reached the international advanced level
Recently, the scientific project achievement appraisal organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation was held in Nanjing. and the project jointly undertaken by JSTI and Nanjing Xiliu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd has passed the appraisal and the research results have reached the international advanced level.
The project has achieved a number of innovative research results:
▪ Developed the first domestic microwave radar device that can be used for precision micro-motion testing of bridges. The precision of the equipment reaches 0.01mm, which is higher than similar foreign equipment and the price is less than 1/2.
▪ A bridge micro-motion test method based on the decoupling of multiple reference points was proposed to eliminate the movement of microwave radar base points, which solved the bottleneck of high-frequency micro-motion measurement in the rapid test of bridges in service.
▪ A modified Simpson method of tilt angle deflection and an error redistribution elimination algorithm were proposed to enable calculation and analysis of unequal spacing of all measuring points and a calculation software was developed.
At the meeting, the Chief Engineer Zhang Yufeng of the Project did a summary, technical report, new report and user report. After hearing the report, the appraisal committee unanimously believed that the project had rich research results, significant social and economic benefits, and has important theoretical and engineering application value, and the research results have reached the international advanced level
