On May 9th, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between Weihai Municipal People's Government and THTI Holdings was held. At the same time, the People's Government of Huancui District signed a the Shuangchuang Ecological Industrial Zone cooperation agreement with the Beijing Shuangchuang Street Investment Management Co., Ltd. 

Zhang Haibo, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor attended the signing ceremony. Vice Mayor Zhang Wei，on behalf of the municipal government signed the contract.
