On the afternoon of May 7th, Hanzhong held an Meeting with Tusholdings  and signing ceremony. Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Mayor Fang Hongwei, Standing Committee member of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor Xie Jingshui attended the meeting and signed ceremony. Wang Songbo, Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, presided over the meeting. 

At the meeting, Fang Hongwei sent a letter of appointment to the economic adviser to Wang Jiwu, chairman of the Kaidi Holdings Co., Ltd., and  Cao Shuai, assistant to the chairman of the Tusholdings. Cao Shuai introduced the overall situation of the proposed investment project in China. Xie Jingshuai signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the municipal government and Tusholding Co., Ltd.

Fang Hongwei expressed welcome to Wang Jiwu and his team. He said that Hanzhong’s development concept of “three-in-one integration” of production, ecology, and well-being coincides with the corporate philosophy of Tusholdings, and that both parties can use technology and new development concepts to bridge the gap between environmental stock and growth. With scientific planning, the city's development has taken a new stage. In terms of industrial development and ecological protection, the two sides can have more comprehensive and in-depth cooperation to inject technological momentum into the construction of the "three cities" and development of the "three economies." At the same time, the relevant departments should emancipate the mind as much as possible in the project support, increase support, speed up the pace of advancement, and give more examples to the city to demonstrate.
