Sansheng Hongye Got the Land in Mozi Mountain of Nanyang District ,Shenyang 

On the afternoon of May 10, 2018, Sansheng Hongye Group successfully obtained two high-quality land in the East of Jubin Street and the Zhongxing in the Hunnan District, Shenyang City. The two land will be built as the talents gathering community of Shenyang National Materials Science Research Center. Among them, the East Jubin Street land occupies an area of 114,583.75m2, and Zhongxingdong occupies an area of 72,713.74m2. The plot ratio of both plots is 1.5, and the commercial ratio is 5%. The total land occupation is 187297.49m2 (280.8 mu),with a total area of 28,0946.2 square meters, the total value of sales can exceed 5 billion yuan.
