On May 10, 2018, the rural teachers' teaching ability in Gongshan County, funded by Pacific Securities, was given to the training activities in the countryside and a grand opening ceremony was held at the Cikai Central School in Gongshan County. The four-day training activities for sending people to the countryside aims to help improve the classroom teaching ability of mathematics teachers in Gongshan County Primary School. 97 primary math teachers in the county participate in the training.

Pacific Securities has always attached importance to poverty alleviation of education. As early as November 2016, Pacific Securities formulated an “Implementation Plan for Pacific Securities Funded Rural Teachers and Poor Senior High School Students in Gongshan County” based on in-depth research. During the 3rd five-year plan period, a total of 4 million yuan was invested to fund rural teachers and poverty-stricken high school students in Gongshan County, and the “Inviting In” and “Going Out” methods were used to implement batch training for teachers in Gongshan County primary and secondary schools to improve the teaching level of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Gongshan County, narrow the gap between the teaching level of primary and secondary school teachers in advanced developed regions, and allow primary and secondar school students in Gongshan County to enjoy high-quality education. 

Since 2016, Pacific Securities has implemented funded actions for rural teachers and poverty-stricken high school students in Gongshan County. It has invested RMB 1.60 million to support 100 rural teachers and 152 high-income students (including middle vocational students).  The “Go Out”. "The "Come In" approach is used to train 228 primary and secondary school teachers.

The activities for sending education to the countryside were organized by the Gongshan County Education Bureau. 4 outstanding teachers from Dali Zhou Experimental Primary School and 6 outstanding teachers from Gongshan County were invited to conduct training for the teachers’ training team in the countryside to open 4 demonstration classes, four high-level demonstration classes and random assessments, and two special lectures were also given.

At the opening ceremony, the deputy director of the Gongshan County Bureau of Education introduced the Pacific Securities' assistance to the Gongshan education undertaking and asked the participating teachers to cherish this learning opportunity and strive to improve their classroom teaching ability.
