Gaga is a language that was founded in 2010 and started in Shenzhen with the theme of “Tea + Light Food + Social Space”. At present, Gaga has opened 20 stores in Shenzhen, and at the beginning of the year, it launched the first brand store outside Shenzhen in Raffles, Changning, Shanghai. The annual average turnover of its shopping mall stores is 12 million yuan, the unit price of tea is 30-40 yuan, and the unit price of light food is 60 yuan. It is positioned at the middle and high end.

Since the beginning of the establishment of gaga, the high-quality social space has been the selling point. In this regard, Feng Min believes that regardless of the dark tide in the coffee track, consumers' demand for high-quality space is always there. This part of the group has not shrunk, and even becomes more massive as the work lifestyle and consumption structure change.

It is worth mentioning that, in addition to its own brand, Gaga is also cooperating with American chain restaurant giant Focus Brands, which has more than 5,000 stores worldwide and jointly introduced the American national snack “An Anan Butterfly”. It opened its first Chinese flagship store, which is also a successful attempt by gaga to do brand management and copy its experience to more brands.
