On the afternoon of September 8, 2018, the second "One Belt, One Road" Chinese Medicine Development Forum was held at the Xiamen International Conference Center. The forum was co-sponsored by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the National Standardization Administration Committee, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Xiamen University. With the theme of "Traditional Chinese Medicine to Promote the Development of Big Health Industry", the aim is to promote the inheritance, development and innovation of Chinese medicine, promote the standardization of Chinese medicine, and give full play to the role of Chinese medicine in the development of large health industry, promote the internationalization of Chinese medicine and better serve the construction of the “Belt and Road”. Yan Xijun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tasly Holding Group, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech entitled "To promote Chinese medicine to the world with standardization."

President Yan Xijun shared the sentiment and thinking of promoting the internationalization of Chinese medicine with standardization. He said that the internationalization of Chinese medicine is a process in which Chinese enterprises and international drug examination institutions and clinical research centers jointly innovate modern Chinese medicine standards, improve the industrial chain system, break through technological bottlenecks, innovate regulations and improve product value, and continuously create history. . The standardization of traditional Chinese medicine is a process of communicating, verifying, and finally reaching an international consensus on quality standards. Every bit of progress that has been standardized will be a big step in the internationalization of Chinese medicine.
