Guided by the People's Government of the Western Province, the 2018 Global Hard Technology Innovation and the “Belt and Road” Innovation Cooperation Conference jointly hosted by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Xi'an Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Xi'an Municipal People's Government was held in Xi'an.

At the meeting, the Zero2IPO Research Center released 2018 China's hard technology sector investment institutions & Chuangxing Enterprise list, including 50 active investment institutions in China's hard technology field including early stage, VC and PE. Tongchuang Weiye is on the list of “Top 50 Investment Institutions in China's Hard Technology Sector in 2018”.
