Fujian Minhai Energy Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive energy enterprise encompassing wholesale trade of petroleum products, investment and construction in petrochemical storage, development and operation of gas stations, as well as logistics and distribution of petroleum products. After years of development, it has become the largest private oil product trading enterprise in Fujian Province. It was rated as one of the “Top 100 Enterprises in Fujian Province” in 2011 and 2016 respectively, awarded the honorary title of “Top 10 Private Enterprises for Commercial Development” by CPC Fuzhou Municipal Committee and Fuzhou Municipal People’s Government in 2018, included into the “Comprehensive Headquarters Enterprises” in Fuzhou City in 2019, Listed in Top 500 Private Enterprises in China and Top 25 Private Enterprises in Fujian Province in 2020, and for many consecutive years they were selected as the vice-chairman unit of the Petroleum Chamber of Commerce, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Minhai has rich experience in oil product trade and has long-term cooperation with major state-owned petrochemical groups such as PetroChina and Sinopec. Its business covers coastal provinces such as Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, and goes deep into inland areas. Relying on diversified and stable oil procurement channels, a strict oil quality control system, and considerate customer-first service, the Group has achieved continuous and steady growth in sales.

As a strong support for oil trade, Min Hai Group operates seven geographically advantageous oil depots in coastal areas and areas along the Yangtze River like Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangsu, with a total storage capacity of over 700,000 cubic meters.

Among them, Berths 11, 11-1 - 4 and supporting petrochemical depot in Jiangyin Port District of Fuzhou Port were constructed with an investment of RMB 1 billion in 2009. With a storage capacity of 550,000 cubic meters and a maximum berth capacity of 100,000-ton ships, such facilities can store or load and unload oil products such as gasoline, diesel oil and fuel oil, as well as dozens of chemical products such as naphtha, aromatic hydrocarbons, toluene and acetone, with an annual throughput of 5 million tons. The depot is one of the largest oil depots in Fujian Province. The storage tank farm of 280,000 cubic meters in the first phase of the project was completed and put into operation in April 2017. In 2018, foreign trade operation points were added and accepted provincially, officially launching the foreign trade shipping operations. The second phase of the project started construction in 2019.

Shenghong Oil Depot, built in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province with an investment of RMB 150 million, has a 5,000-ton petrochemical terminal and a 60,000-cubic-meter oil liquid chemical reservoir area. It has convenient transportation and radiates its business to the Pearl River Delta region as the Group's important oil storage, transportation and transit center in Guangdong.

Apart from trade and storage, Min Hai Group currently develops and operates over 40 service stations in Fujian, Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces, initially forming an oil product retail network and developing into a leading brand of service stations in China. Minhai service stations introduce advanced information management system and implement modern operation management. Convenience stores at service stations supply up to 2,000 kinds of goods to meet the diversified needs of customers. The warm attitude, efficient service and excellent management have created a comfortable, pleasant and fast refueling experience for customers.

The Group also has a fully qualified and high-quality oil product distribution team with advanced tanker configuration, which effectively ensures the cleanliness and transportation safety of oil products and provides professional and fast oil product transportation and distribution services for service station customers.
